Общие положения.

Настоящая Политика является официальным документом интернет–ресурса Dethrone.games сайта https://dethrone.games https://forum.dethrone.games, и определяет порядок обработки и защиты информации о Пользователях.

Отношения, связанные со сбором, хранением, распространением и защитой информации о пользователях Сайта, регулируются настоящей Политикой, Пользовательским соглашением, иными официальными документами Администрации Сайта и действующим Законодательство Литовской Республики.

Регистрируясь на Сайте и используя его, Пользователь выражает свое согласие с условиями, изложенными в настоящей Политике. В случае несогласия Пользователя с настоящей Политикой использование Сайта и его сервисов должно быть немедленно прекращено.

Администрация Сайта не проверяет достоверность получаемой (собираемой) информации о Пользователях, за исключением случаев, когда такая проверка необходима в целях исполнения Администрацией Сайта обязательств перед Пользователем.
Условия и цели обработки персональных данных.

Администрация Сайта не требует предоставление персональных данных, но в случаях добровольного предоставления их Пользователем, может хранить только те персональные данные, которые необходимы для предоставления обратной связи с Пользователем.

Персональную информацию Пользователя Администрация Сайта может использовать в следующих целях:

- Идентификация стороны в рамках соглашений и договоров с Администрацией Сайта;
- Связь с пользователем, в том числе направление уведомлений, запросов и информации, касающихся использования Сайтом, а также обработка запросов и заявок от Пользователя;
- Улучшение качества сервисов на Сайте, удобства Сайта, разработка новых функций Сайта;
- Проведение статистических и иных исследований, на основе обезличенных данных.

Администрация Сайта хранит персональную информацию Пользователей в соответствии с внутренними регламентами.

В отношении персональной информации Пользователя сохраняется ее конфиденциальность, кроме случаев добровольного предоставления пользователем информации о себе для общего доступа неограниченному кругу лиц.

Администрация Сайта вправе передать персональную информацию Пользователя третьим лицам в следующих случаях:
- Пользователь выразил свое согласие на такие действия;
- Передача необходима в рамках использования Пользователем Сайтом;
- Передача предусмотрена Законодательство Литовской Республики или иным применимым законодательством в рамках установленной законодательством процедуры;
- Такая передача происходит в рамках продажи или иной передачи бизнеса (полностью или в части), при этом к приобретателю переходят все обязательства по соблюдению условий настоящей Политики применительно к полученной им персональной информации;
- В целях обеспечения возможности защиты прав и законных интересов Администрации Сайта или третьих лиц в случаях, когда Пользователь нарушает Пользовательское соглашение.

При обработке персональных данных Пользователей Администрация Сайта руководствуется Законом Lietuvos Respublika «О защите персональных данных».
Порядок ввода в действие и изменения Политики.

Политика вступает в силу с момента публикации на Сайте и действует бессрочно, до замены его новой Политикой.

Действующая редакция Политики, являющаяся публичным документом.

Администрация Сайта вправе вносить изменения в Политику. При внесении изменений Администрация Сайта уведомляет об этом пользователей путем размещения новой редакции на Сайте по постоянному адресу.

Продолжение пользования Сайтом Пользователем после размещения Политики в новой редакции либо размещения Политики в новой редакции признается Сторонами принятием условий Политики Пользователем в полном объеме.
Состав персональных данных.

Персональные данные Пользователей включают в себя предоставляемые Пользователями и минимально необходимые для регистрации на Сайте.

General provisions.
This Policy is an official document of the Internet resource Dethrone.games site https://dethrone.games https://forum.dethrone.games, and determines the procedure for processing and protecting information about Users.

Relations related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of information about users of the Site are governed by this Policy, the User Agreement, other official documents of the Site Administration and the current legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

By registering on the Site and using it, the User agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy. If the User disagrees with this Policy, the use of the Site and its services must be immediately terminated.
The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about Users, except when such verification is necessary in order to fulfill the obligations of the Site Administration to the User.

Conditions and purposes of personal data processing.
The Site Administration does not require the provision of personal data, but in cases of voluntary provision by the User, it can store only those personal data that are necessary to provide feedback to the User.

The Site Administration may use the User's personal information for the following purposes:
- Identification of the party within the framework of agreements and contracts with the Site Administration;
- Communication with the user, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the Site, as well as processing requests and applications from the User;
- Improving the quality of services on the Site, the convenience of the Site, the development of new features of the Site;
- Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.
The Site Administration stores personal information of Users in accordance with internal regulations.
With respect to the User's personal information, its confidentiality is maintained, except in cases where the user voluntarily provides information about himself for general access to an unlimited number of persons.The Site Administration has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:
- The user has expressed his consent to such actions;
- The transfer is necessary as part of the User's use of the Site;
- The transfer is provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania or other applicable legislation within the framework of the procedure established by law;
- Such a transfer occurs as part of the sale or other transfer of business (in whole or in part), while the acquirer transfers all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy in relation to the personal information received by him;
- In order to ensure the possibility of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the Site Administration or third parties in cases where the User violates the

User Agreement.
When processing personal data of Users, the Site Administration is guided by the Law of Lietuvos Respublika "On the Protection of Personal Data".
The procedure for putting into effect and changing the Policy.
The Policy comes into force from the moment of publication on the Site and is valid indefinitely, until it is replaced by a new Policy.
The current version of the Policy, which is a public document.
The Site Administration has the right to make changes to the Policy. When changes are made, the Site Administration notifies users of this by posting a new version on the Site at a permanent address.
Continued use of the Site by the User after the placement of the Policy in a new edition or the placement of the Policy in a new edition is recognized by the Parties as acceptance of the terms of the Policy by the User in full.
Composition of personal data.Personal data of Users includes those provided by Users and the minimum required for registration on the Site.
